For our customer AWG, we took over the internal message board and designed an Extranet installation for easy access for all employees – in the office as well as on the truck.
The new platform consists of news boards for all departments as well as a phonebook and a media folder for the marketing team.
All content is accessible through a desktop PC, tablet and smartphones.
For the near future, a company owned messenger system is planned as well as electronic forms to speed up internal processes.
